In short

At a trade show, everything is decided the day before opening. We deliver point-of-sale material, stand components, samples, tablets and sales documents straight to the exhibition centre — Paris Nord Villepinte, Porte de Versailles, Lyon Eurexpo, Palexpo Geneva, Messe Frankfurt — during build-up hours, day or night.

Why a dedicated vehicle for this type of goods

A trade show is a window of a few hours: build-up ends the evening before and the opening does not move. A printed banner that fails to arrive, a broken screen, a stock of samples left at the factory, and the entire investment in the stand loses its value.

Our long-distance event delivery service works inside exactly that window: collection at the printer, the stand builder or head office, direct run to the exhibition centre, handover to the project manager on the stand or at the hall's delivery dock. No sorting platform, so no risk of missing the build-up slot. We serve the major French and European venues.

Frequently asked questions — Events & trade shows

Answers to the questions our clients ask before entrusting us with a job.

What is a last-minute trade show delivery?
It is a delivery timed to the build-up window of a trade show, which closes the evening before opening. Point-of-sale material, printed banners, a stand component, a screen or a stock of samples are collected at the printer or head office and dropped straight on the stand. No sorting platform is involved, so there is no risk of missing the build-up slot.
Can you deliver directly to a stand during build-up?
Yes. We report to the delivery dock or the hall's logistics gate, with the stand number and the name of the contact on site. The driver calls your project manager on approach to agree the handover, including late in the evening.
Do you deliver to European exhibition centres?
Yes: Palexpo in Geneva, Messe Frankfurt, Brussels Expo, Fiera Milano, Fira Barcelona, RAI Amsterdam and Koelnmesse are regular destinations from Île-de-France.
How long from Paris to Lyon Eurexpo or Messe Frankfurt?
About 5 h 20 to Lyon Eurexpo and 6 hours to Frankfurt. A late-afternoon departure allows delivery to the stand the same evening, during extended build-up hours.
What if the hall is closed on arrival?
The driver warns you before arriving and waits for opening per your instructions, or delivers to your team's hotel for handover on the stand early the next morning. Any waiting is charged at the prefecture hourly rate.
What size of equipment can you carry?
The Mercedes V-Class van takes items up to about 2 metres long: banners, screens, light furniture, sample cases. For a complete stand structure or palletised equipment several vehicles are needed — give us the dimensions for the quote.
Do you operate at night and on build-up weekends?
Yes, 24/7. As build-ups often run on Sundays and late into the night, we cover that slot with no supplement beyond the applicable prefecture surcharge.
What does a trade show delivery to Geneva or Milan cost?
Roughly €1,450 for Palexpo Geneva and €2,236 for Fiera Milano one way, on the kilometre rate of €2.63/km. The calculator shows the exact estimate for your route.
Can you collect the equipment after the show?
Yes, on a return run planned for the dismantling date and time. Many clients book the outbound and return together to secure both windows.
Do you handle formalities for Switzerland or the UK?
Exhibition material usually travels under an ATA carnet outside the EU. That document must be issued by your company or your chamber of commerce; we present it at the border post with the goods.
Can you serve several shows or several stands?
Yes. One job can deliver to several stands in the same hall, or chain two cities along a route (for example Brussels then Amsterdam). Each stop is included in the distance calculation.
What if nobody can receive it on arrival?
The driver calls you before arriving. Depending on your instruction, they wait on site at the prefecture hourly rate, hand the goods to a person you designate, leave them at a secure reception or return with them. Nothing is ever left without your approval, and the return trip is only invoiced if it takes place.
Do you also run the route the other way?
Yes, all our routes are operated in both directions at the same kilometre rate. We collect in the French regions or in Europe and deliver in Île-de-France, in particular to the Roissy CDG cargo areas, La Défense and Paris head offices. Just give us the collection address: only the distance actually driven counts.

What a taxi carries — and what it does not

We are a prefecture-licensed taxi service, not a freight company. Saying so plainly saves you a pointless call, and saves us accepting a job we could not honour.

✅ What we take

  • Documents, original deeds, data media
  • Parcels and cases that can be handled without lifting equipment
  • Flight cases, trunks, garment bags on hangers, jewellery boxes
  • Suitcases and luggage — up to six to eight pieces
  • Sealed insulated boxes supplied by the sender
  • Parts and cartons up to about 1.80 m long

❌ What belongs with a carrier

  • Full pallets and shrink-wrapped goods
  • Machines, engines, bulky furniture
  • Anything requiring a tail lift, pallet truck or forklift
  • Dangerous goods falling under ADR
  • House moves, even partial ones
  • Shipments requiring a goods transport licence

If your need falls outside this scope we tell you on the first call and point you to a suitable carrier. A taxi that costs you half a day is not doing you a favour.

An urgent delivery to arrange right now?

One call is enough to start the job. We drive 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in France and Europe — no transfer of goods, no sorting hub, no deposit.
