Step by step progress of the Meet & Greet
Before your flight
When booking, you communicate:
- Full flight number (e.g. AF123, BA236, U26547)
- Expected landing time and date
- Airline (for terminal identification)
- Exact first and last name (for sign)
- Number of passengers and baggage (for suitable vehicle type)
- International WhatsApp number (for contact in case of problem)
24 hours before your flight
We check your flight in our tracking system. If there is a known flight delay (>30 min), we will adjust the pick-up time and inform you by SMS/WhatsApp.
2 hours before landing
The driver leaves towards the airport. Route calculated based on real-time traffic. He arrives 15 to 30 minutes before your planned landing.
Landing
We receive notification of your effective landing via flight tracking system. The driver physically enters the terminal arrivals hall with a visible sign with your name. Position:
- CDG Terminal 1 : arrivals hall ground floor level, exit 32
- CDG Terminal 2A-C : arrival halls, exit door 2 or 4
- CDG Terminal 2E-F : arrivals level, after customs area, central exit
- Orly 1-2-3 : arrivals hall, exit gate A or B
- Orly 4 : arrivals level, after customs, central exit
Homecoming
You see the sign, you introduce yourself. The driver:
- Verifies your identity (last name, first name)
- Take care of your luggage
- Accompany you to the official taxi parking (distance 3-8 min on foot depending on terminal)
- Load the luggage into the XL trunk (Mercedes Class V: 8 suitcases + cabin luggage)
- Installs you in the vehicle with pre-installed child seats if requested
- Start the journey
Why Meet & Greet is not a superfluous luxury
Typical cases where service makes the difference
Case 1 — Family with time difference (Asia, America) : 10-14 hour flight, sleeping children, heavy luggage, exhausted parents. Without Meet & Greet: wandering around the terminal, unknown shuttle taxis, queues. With: driver takes the luggage, guides to the vehicle, direct journey.
Case 2 — PRM or senior traveler : reduced mobility, need for assistance with luggage and travel. Our drivers are trained in PMR assistance. See PMR service.
Case 3 — Group of 7 people : seminar, marriage, extended family. Without Meet & Greet: difficult to bring everyone together at the head of the taxi station. With: centralized driver, guides the group, no dispersion.
Case 4 — Traveler who does not speak French : visible sign avoids stress. Driver can explain in English/Spanish/Italian. No misunderstanding about the destination.
Difference Meet & Greet Official Taxi vs VTC
VTCs (Uber, Bolt, Heetch, Kaptain) sometimes offer an additional paid “meet and greet” (€15-30), but:
- They don't have not authorized to enter a dedicated taxi zone in the terminal
- They often wait outside (P2 parking or drop-off) where the parking is prohibited
- The driver does not get out of the car, you must join him guided by the app
- In the event of a flight delay, waiting fees are often charged
The official taxi has the right to park at the dedicated terminal station heads, physically enters the hall, and includes the Meet & Greet in the standard service at no extra charge (within a 90-minute wait).

- Rigid sign A4 or A3 format with your name in big
- Professional uniform (black pants, white shirt or navy blue polo shirt)
- Taxi identification badge visible
- Smartphone with flight tracking in real time
- Luggage cart if requested (for groups or heavy luggage)
- Hydroalcoholic gel and hand/luggage disinfectant wipes
Actual cost of Meet & Greet
With us, the Meet & Greet is included in the taximeter fare of any airport trip:
- CDG → Paris / Disneyland: €56-104 (Meet & Greet included)
- Orly → Paris / Disneyland: €44-135 (Meet & Greet included)
No extra charge compared to a standard race without Meet & Greet. You only pay the displayed price.
