Priority Access Card and Disney Accessibility
Disneyland Paris is one of the most accessible amusement parks in Europe for people with reduced mobility. Two major devices:
Priority Access Card
Free, delivered to City Hall Disneyland (Main Street USA) or at Studio Services (Walt Disney Studios). Present:
- French disability card or European parking card
- Or medical certificate (for unofficial disabilities)
- 1 piece of ID
- 1 recent photo
Validity: the entire duration of the stay. Allows:
- Entry via exits from most attractions (avoided queue)
- Priority access at shows and parades (dedicated areas)
- Up to 4 accompanying persons can benefit from the same priority
Wheelchair accessible attractions
Disneyland Park — full wheelchair access
- Main Street Vehicles
- Disneyland Railroad (steam train with ramp)
- It's a Small World (transfer to boat with assistance)
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- The Phantom Manor
- Casey Jr. the little train
- Alice's Curious Labyrinth (wide trails)
- Frontierland Train
Attractions with mandatory transfer
For Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Peter Pan's Flight, etc., you must transfer from the chair to the attraction seat. Trained Disney staff to assist with transfer.
Attractions with medical restrictions
Hyperspace Mountain, Rock'n'Roller Coaster: contraindicated for certain pathologies (heart problems, back, neck, pregnancy). See sign before entering.
PRM parking and parking access
Disney visitor parking
PRM places reserved for 1st level of the main car park, near the entrance to the park. Day rate: €30 (instead of €30, no reduction but priority access). European parking card required visible on windshield.
PMR taxi drop-off
Dedicated PMR drop-off area in front of the park entrance (opposite the Disneyland castle). Our Disneyland taxis have the authorization to use this area to drop off PRM passengers directly.
Disney PMR Hotels
All official Disney hotels offer adapted PRM rooms : bathroom with grab bars, walk-in shower, raised bed, wide circulation. To be specified when booking. Disney shuttle equipped with wheelchair lift.
Wheelchair and scooter rental at Disneyland
Rental service at the park entrance:
- Manual wheelchair : €15 per day (+ €150 deposit)
- Electric scooter (ECV): €50 per day (+ €150 deposit)
- Identification by name/number, free replacement if borrowed in error
Return to the park entrance or parking points. Route between the two parks accessible to all scooters.
Disabled catering
All Disney restaurants are wheelchair accessible. Coffee tables (75 cm) available on request. Guide dogs allowed everywhere. Allergen-free, gluten-free, vegan menus on request from the manager.
Shows and parades
Dedicated PRM zones for each major show:
- Disney Illuminations (night show): PRM zone in front of the castle
- Disney Stars on Parade : PRM zone along the parade
- The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands : PMR seats at the amphitheater
- Mickey and the Magician : access ramp, front row seats
Transportation to Disneyland with disabilities
RER A accessibility
Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station is accessible to disabled people with elevators between platforms and exit. But the intermediate stations (Châtelet-Les Halles, Gare de Lyon) are not all equipped — galleys with luggage and wheelchair.
Disneyland PMR Taxi (recommended)
Our service disabled taxi in Mercedes V Class:
- Driver trained in PMR assistance
- Wheelchair transfer → vehicle seat with assistance
- XL box for armchair folded or not folded depending on model
- Direct journey without connection
- Standard indicative rate (taximeter) (no PMR increase)
For non-folding electric wheelchairs, please advise when booking: we can mobilize a TPMR vehicle (Transport of People with Reduced Mobility) with an access ramp.
