Complete guide to Disneyland Paris access for disabled people. Attractions, entrances and paratransit.
Disneyland Paris is generally well suited to people with reduced mobility: most of the aisles are on one level, wheelchairs are rentable at the entrance, and a priority access card (on receipt) facilitates access to many attractions. Disney hotels have adapted rooms. Ask at City Hall (Disneyland park) or Studio Services for details per attraction.
The RER and certain stations are not always fully accessible (elevators broken, platforms, crowds). For a PMR traveler, a taxi with door pick-up greatly simplifies arrival: no connections, drop-off at the entrance to the hotel or parks, help with luggage and the foldable chair.
Our drivers welcome people with reduced mobility, help with installation and store the folding chair in the large trunk of the Mercedes V Class. Specify your needs when booking (chair, companion, pick-up point). For a non-foldable chair requiring a specially equipped vehicle, indicate this so that we can direct you to the appropriate solution.
