Facilities, restaurants and Cars theme
The restaurant The Cantina serves a buffet with Tex-Mex accents, and the bar Rio Grande offers drinks and snacks. Children enjoy the Cars theme (giant Lightning McQueen, desert settings) and outdoor play areas.
The hotel remains deliberately simple and functional, which explains its excellent price. But it retains all benefits of official Disney hotels : early entry to the parks (Extra Magic Time), free shuttle and Disney facilities. Ideal for families who want the official Disney experience on a budget.
Location and access
The hotel is located at Chessy (77700), along the Rio Grande, neighboring the Hotel Cheyenne. This is the Disney hotel furthest from the parks: count approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot, or a few minutes on the free Disney shuttle.
Taxi access and baggage drop-off
We place in front of the main reception of the hotel. Given the relative remoteness of the parks, many families enjoy taking a taxi to airport arrivals and departures : no RER with connection, nor long walk with luggage. Child seats and large trunk are available at no extra charge.
Airport route → hotel and budget advice
Allow 35 to 45 minutes from CDG, 50 to 70 minutes from Orly. Good to know: the taxi fare is the same as for other Disney hotels (around €104 from CDG), because the grid is common. For several people, the taxi becomes very advantageous compared to several RER + shuttle tickets: only one Mercedes V-Class for 5 to 7 people and all luggage.
Disney shuttle or taxi?
The free shuttle connects the hotel to the parks in a few minutes. For the airport, the train station and excursions, the taxi remains the most direct and comfortable solution, especially at the end of the day when the children are tired.
