Join Disneyland from the center of Paris
Disneyland Paris is approximately 40 km east of Paris. By public transport, the direct RER A (Marne-la-Vallée — Chessy station) takes 40 to 50 minutes from Châtelet, but often requires a change and can be crowded at peak times. By taxi, count 45 mins to 1 hour depending on traffic and departure address, door-to-door.
RER or taxi: what to choose?
The RER A is economical but impractical with luggage, children or early/late. The taxi is justified when you are busy, in groups, in a hurry or outside of hours from the RER: departure from your Parisian hotel, direct drop-off at the entrance to the parks or at your Disney hotel, without stairs or connections.
